The OCIMF campaign, which began on 1 October 2025, requires inspectors to assess vessel hardening and access control measures on every inspection, regardless of the vessel’s location or route. As geopolitical risks escalate and regulatory expectations tighten, the campaign highlights the growing need for structured, technology-driven approaches to inspection readiness.
The Kaiko Systems platform is being used not only to streamline the documentation and execution of daily checks but also to pinpoint gaps in understanding and performance. The company is providing support to shipowners during the campaign through onboard crew training, configuration of SIRE-aligned templates, and fleet-level analytics.
