Singapore, 19 November 2025 – Univers, the global leader in AI and IoT for Energy, and SBS Transit,
Singapore’s leading public transport operator, today announced a strategic partnership agreement to
develop the SBS Transit Energy and Operations AI Platform that will redefine how energy and
operations are managed and optimised across SBS Transit.
By applying Univers’ AI and IoT technologies, SBS Transit will be able to connect and analyse data
across its bus and rail facilities, improving how assets and systems are monitored, controlled and
maintained. This will enhance operational and energy efficiency, in support of broader decarbonisation
efforts.

beyond that can be scaled from Singapore to other regions.
